Common questions
I didn't get my sign-in email.
Check spam and, in Gmail, the Promotions tab. The link works once and expires after 15 minutes; request a new one from the sign-in screen.
Can the person whose list it is see what I claimed?
No. Claims on a list are never sent to that list's owner. That rule is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the app.
How do I add someone who doesn't have the app?
On an event's People tab, tap Add someone. You keep their list for them, and everyone else can claim from it.
How do I delete my account?
Email hello@useheaps.com from your sign-in address. Everything tied to it is removed within 30 days.
Which stores work with Paste a link?
Amazon works best. Most other stores work too; a few block details from being read, in which case you can type them in.
